- Avoid ironing directly on the print

Before uploading your file, please make sure it meets the following specifications:
- Accepted file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .webp, .pdf
- Printable area (maximum):

- Heart position: Ø 10 cm (3.94")
- Back side
- Back print area: Height 25 cm (9.84") × Width 25 cm (9.84") | 2953 px × 2953 px
- Front side
- Resolution: 300 dpi recommended for sharp, professional-quality printing.
- Avoid excessive cropping and blurry images.
- Do not upload: Screenshots or images saved from Facebook / Instagram / Viber / WhatsApp
(these are low-resolution) - Maximum file size: 64 MB
- TIP for best results: For the best print quality, upload the original photo in full resolution from your device.
