1. Who we are
   www.gnproduction.art is the website of the online store of the Greek company with legal name MITROGLOU SOULTANA and brand name GN PRODUCTION, GEMI no185907452000, VAT no136255300 / Tax Office Serres.
   Before browsing our website and making any purchase, please read the terms and conditions set out here, which apply to your navigation and use of the GN PRODUCTION online store.
2. Acceptance of terms
   By accessing and using the website/online store, you accept these terms. You are advised to check them regularly, as they may be updated.
   GN PRODUCTION reserves the right to unilaterally amend these General Terms. GN PRODUCTION undertakes to inform users of any amendments or changes through this website, displaying a clear notice of the effective date of each version at the beginning of the text.
   Our sales and services are provided to both consumers (B2C) and professionals/businesses (B2B), in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
3. Account & security
   Users must keep their login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity carried out via their account.
4. Products & color variations
   We provide the most accurate descriptions/images possible. Minor variations (e.g., canvas color/texture, wooden frame) may occur due to screen settings or handmade production.
5. Pricing, offers & transparency
   Prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed in Euro (€). If payment is made in another currency, any bank fees or conversion charges are borne by the customer.
   Where a price reduction is announced, the previous price applicable for a reasonable period before the reduction will be shown, in accordance with EU law.
6. Orders & acceptance
   An order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when you receive a shipment confirmation email or an invoice/receipt.
7. Payments & security
   Transactions are processed via [Viva Wallet / other provider] with debit/credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) applies where required (e.g., OTP/SMS, 3-D Secure). Card details are not stored in our store.
8. Shipping, delivery & risk
   Greece: 2–5 business days
   European Union: 5–15 business days
   Outside the EU: 7–20 business days (customs delays may occur)
   For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are borne solely by the customer.
   Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Please check the packaging upon receipt and notify us immediately of any visible damage.
9. Right of withdrawal – 14 days
   You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products, without stating any reason, by returning the product in its original condition and packaging.
   Withdrawal may be exercised either:
   • using the standard withdrawal form we provide, or
   • by any clear statement (e.g., sending an email to [support email] including your order number and details).
   To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the 14-day period expires.
   Exceptions: products made to order/personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless defective.
10. Returns & refunds
    After exercising the right of withdrawal, we refund the payment via the original method within 14 days from receiving the products back or from receiving proof of their return.
    For defective products, statutory rights apply (repair/replacement/price reduction/withdrawal).
    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
11. Reviews & user content
    Reviews may be checked for legal compliance and to prevent abuse. We clearly state whether we verify that reviews originate from genuine buyers, as required by EU Omnibus rules.
12. Geographic restrictions
    We do not apply unjustified geo-blocking within the EU. However, services/delivery times and shipping costs may vary by country.
13. Contract language
    The contract may be concluded in Greek or English.
14. Promotions & coupons
    Coupons/discounts have specific duration and terms. They cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to completed orders.
15. Intellectual property
    All content (360° photos, texts, graphics, logos) belongs to the website owner or its rights holders and is protected by law. Any unauthorized use/reproduction is prohibited.
16. Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect/consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights.
17. Data protection & cookies
    Processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by our separate policies (Privacy Policy & Cookie Policy), which you accept when using the website.
18. Force majeure
    GN PRODUCTION is not liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or serious disruptions to transport networks.
19. Governing law & jurisdiction
    These terms are governed by Greek law. The competent courts of Serres have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
20. Service Terms (upon contact/quote)
    Scope & formation. Services (e.g., 360° photography, virtual tours, graphic design/logo) are not available via direct checkout. Service provision occurs upon the customer’s request, our quote, and the customer’s written acceptance (email or signature). Only then is a binding agreement formed.
    Deposit & payments. A deposit (40–50%) may be required to commence work, with the balance payable according to the timeline/milestones stated in the quote. Prices are in € and include VAT where applicable.
    Timeline & client cooperation. Timelines are indicative and depend on the timely provision of materials/approvals by the client. Delays in feedback may shift delivery dates.
    Deliverables & file formats. Deliverables and formats are specified in the quote. For logos, indicatively: vector files (.AI/.SVG) and exports (.PNG/.PDF). Any additional format/adaptation is charged separately if not included.
    Revisions. Unless otherwise stated in the quote, up to 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable are included. Additional rounds or changes beyond the original brief are charged extra.
    Intellectual property & licenses. Transfer/grant of rights to use the final deliverables occurs after full payment and only for the uses/territories/duration stated in the quote. All non-final/intermediate files (e.g., drafts, open files) remain our property, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client confirms they hold the rights to any materials provided to us (e.g., texts, third-party logos, photos) and assumes responsibility for any third-party claims.
    Portfolio use. We may present the work (final deliverables) in our portfolio/website/social media, unless there is a written NDA or the client requests in writing to opt-out prior to signature.
    Express start before the 14-day withdrawal period. At the client’s explicit request, service provision may commence before the 14-day statutory withdrawal period expires. The client acknowledges that if the service is fully performed, they lose the right of withdrawal.
    Withdrawal & cancellation of services. If cancellation occurs after commencement, the client owes the pro rata fee for the portion already provided and any documented third-party expenses (e.g., travel, permits, equipment).
    Third-party costs & expenses. Documented third-party costs (venue/music licenses, transport, accommodation, special equipment) are not included unless expressly stated in the quote and are billed additionally.
    Limitation of liability. We are not liable for indirect/incidental damages or for use of deliverables outside the agreed purpose. We comply with safety/legal rules during shooting/processing (e.g., drone restrictions), but are not liable for third-party permits/licenses the client is responsible to secure, where so agreed.
