Payment via Viva Wallet (Smart Checkout)

Settlement is completed within Viva Wallet’s secure environment. The available payment options are displayed dynamically at checkout, depending on your device and browser. The charge is finalized upon order confirmation.

Transaction security

Payment is processed in an environment with SSL encryption and 3D Secure 2 verification (an OTP/SMS may be requested by your bank). Payment details are not stored in our store. Any fees or currency conversions applied by the issuing bank are borne by the customer.

Refunds

If a refund is approved according to our policy, the amount is credited to the original payment method via Viva Wallet. The crediting time depends on the bank/provider.
