Handmade production (made-to-order)

All artworks are handmade to order in our 360° workshop in Greece; we do not keep stock.

Production time: 4–8 business days.

Packaging

Careful, reinforced packaging so each piece arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping methods & notifications

• Courier: With tracking number.
• Dispatch: all items in the order are shipped in 1 parcel as soon as they are all ready.
• Notifications: you will receive an email with the tracking once handed to the courier.
• Damage in transit: see the Returns & Exchanges policy (report within 48 hours with photos).

Transit times (added on top of production time)

• Greece: 2–5 business days for Mainland Destinations or 3-7 business days for Remote Areas
• Cyprus: 8–12 business days (standard) or 2–4 business days (express)
• EU: 6–11 business days (standard) or 2–4 business days (express)
• USA & Canada: 8–13 business days (destination/customs dependent)
• United Kingdom: 8–13 business days (standard) or 2–4 business days (express)
• Norway: 6–12 business days (standard) or 3–5 business days (express)
• Switzerland: 6–12 business days (standard) or 3–5 business days (express)

Shipping rates & promos

During holiday seasons, public holidays, strikes, and periods of high demand/promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas/New Year, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, etc.) delays may occur.

Free shipping on orders over 69€ for Greece.

(Express option may be excluded from free shipping.)

Duties & taxes

Within the EU: no customs duties.

Outside the EU (e.g., USA, Canada, United Kingdom): import duties/taxes may apply (Incoterms: DAP). Any such charges are payable by the recipient.

Address changes / failed delivery

For address changes before dispatch, please contact us immediately. For failed deliveries due to incorrect details, reshipment fees apply.
